Magdalena Świercz-Wojteczek, Ph.D.

Graduated from Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw where she studied at the Graphics Department. Diploma in 2003, headed of prof. Henryk Chyliński, entitled “Graphic Identification of the Eco Company”, in a subject area of graphic and exhibition design. In 2003-2005 post-graduate studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow at the Faculty of Painting; studies extended to unique paper art and textile-art. Diploma at the Academy of Krakow – “Landscapes” – a series of paintings, headed by Prof. Adam Brincken. In 2006 - 2007 Art-therapy course organized by The Polish Milton H. Erickson Institute and International Society of Education through Art InSEA Poland. In 2010-2012 she completed her PhD – “Paintings. Fortresses of my existence”; realised at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. Since 2003 she works at the Institute of Art Education APS in Warsaw, leading students classes like Drawing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication and Typography and lettering as well as Individual supervising the diploma. Art&Research project: “Paintings. Fortresses of my existance” (2011) and “Paintings. My fortresses – continuatian” (2015/2016). Individual exhibitions in Cracow, Bydgoszcz, Olsztyn, Lidzbark Warmiński, Warsaw, Toruń, Kielce and the Italian Colonnelli.
