The artist graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 1991 achieving her MA diploma in painting under the supervision of Prof. Jan Tarasin and graphics under the supervision of Prof. Halina Chrostowska and Prof. Rafał Strent. She leads Drawing and Color studio at the Faculty of Stage Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Recipient of over 60 prestigious awards and distinctions, both Polish and international. In 2007 she received several distinctions and awards at Most Beautiful Book competition for a ’8th International Festival of Art Books “Time” catalogue design. In 2010 she was awarded Grand Prix at Paper Obsession competition for her designs and projects for Guliver Theatre in Warsaw. In 2018 she was a recipient of the ’Personality of the Year Award’ of ZAIKS — Polish Society of Authors and Composers in the “Creating for Children” category. She collaborated with Polish Radio designing musical album covers of artists such as Jonasz Kofta, Perfect, Andrzej Zaucha and many more. She presented her works during 59 individual exhibitions both in Poland and abroad (in Warsaw, Poznan, Bialystok, Kassel, Falun, Barcelona, Osaka, New York among others) and numerous (over 200) group shows all over the world.

Curator of many exhibitions such as ’Białystok Graphics’, ’Women in Graphics’.

She is a member of Jonasz Kofta’s Foundation ’Pamiętajcie o ogrodach’ board and a President of the Programme Board of Kordegarda Gallery in Warsaw. She is vice-president in the Program Board fir the Kordegarda Gallery in Warsaw and also a member of the Board of the ZAIKS Artistic Section. In 2019, she was a member of the Competition Jury for the Exhibition Design for the Polish Pavilion at the 2019 Art Biennale in Venice.

Her interests range from artistic graphics and design to artistic book and painting. Her works are a part of various museum (in the Osaka Contemporary Art Center, State Museum at Majdanek in Lublin, Mazovia Institute of Culture in Warsaw, Karkonosze Museum of Jelenia Góra, Book Art Museum in Łódź, Arsenal Gallery in Białystok, 74 Gallery in the Museum of Chełm among others) and private collections (Brasil, France, Canada, Germany, England, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Switzer- land, Sweden, Austria, USA, among others).
